These private sessions are all about helping your athlete feel more confident, focused, and in control no matter what the game throws at them. Let’s work together to:

  • Build a simple plan to practice and apply mental skills
     

  • Talk through frustrations and challenges—and find real solutions
     

  • Create a strategy for upcoming practices, games, or tryouts
     

  • Strengthen mindset tools like focus, confidence, and bounce-back ability

​

All sessions take place over Zoom. 

All coaching is personalized based on your athlete’s needs and goals.

My Small Group Training sessions are designed to help athletes strengthen the mental side of their game in a supportive, team-like environment. Each 4-session series includes tools and strategies to help athletes:

  •  Build the foundation of mental skills
    Learn how to manage emotions, stay focused, and train the mind like the body.

  •  Develop self-discipline & strong habits
    Create consistent routines and take ownership of daily effort—because discipline beats motivation.

  • Build sustainable self-confidence
    Gain tools to handle pressure, bounce back from mistakes, and trust in your preparation.

  •  Focus on attitude & effort
    Show up with purpose, compete hard, and bring positive energy to your team.

 

These sessions are interactive, practical, and empowering—giving athletes a mental edge they can carry into every practice, game, and challenge ahead.

Mental performance coaching

Every team is different—and so is my approach.

​

Coaches will meet with Coach Erin prior to the training to discuss team goals, challenges, and focus areas. From there, I’ll customize the program to meet the specific needs of your athletes.

​

A Zoom link and session info will be shared with the team and organization.

​

Teams attend a LIVE interactive workshop where players and coaches learn side-by-side.

​

  • Players walk away with tangible mindset tools they can apply right away in practices and games.

  • Coaches leave with strategies and talking points to hold players accountable and keep the conversation going throughout the season.

 

This training is about building a more focused, resilient, and connected team—mentally stronger and ready for whatever the game brings.
